Community outreach and support: Helping credit unions rebuild after Helene

As we survey the devastation left by Hurricane Helene, it is clear there will be a long road toward recovery. Countless lives have been uprooted; countless possessions lost. This is an opportunity for credit unions to demonstrate the Credit Union Difference: To be present in the community and ensure everyone is aware of the services available to help them rebuild—but of course, our own people have been affected too.

Many credit unions will be short-staffed or simply overstretched in the coming weeks and months as they grapple with the sheer enormity of need felt by both their employees, and the communities they serve.

Mission Brands Consulting is here to help.

Our team is proud to be a part of the credit union system, not a vendor to it. That’s why we’re offering free member engagement, communications, or marketing support to any credit union, chapter, association or league affected by Hurricane Helene.

Whether you need assistance with:

  • Crisis communications

  • Member outreach

  • [Re]Establishing your community presence

  • Promoting emergency relief solutions

  • Or any other needs...

…our team is ready to provide the expertise, guidance, and support you need at no cost.

Reach out—we’re here to help
