In a transformative collaboration with Mission Brands Consulting, First Alliance Credit Union (FACU) embarked on a strategic revitalization of its Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV). This project aimed to align FACU's core principles with its evolving strategic goals, enhancing organizational coherence and member engagement. Through a series of inclusive workshops, FACU and MBC redefined the MVV to reflect the organization’s identity and future aspirations. The initiative culminated in a renewed MVV that resonated across the organization, fostering a unified approach to future challenges and opportunities.
